Sweet Grass (Hierochloe Odorata)

Sweet Grass is the most feminine of the incenses used for smudging.
It is used to attract beneficial energies.

Use:
To burn sweet grass, spread the blades at one end and light, preferably with a wooden match. Then sway the braid to keep the sweet grass smouldering. Cutting a little and mixing with the other traditional native incenses is also a good way to burn sweet grass. If indoors, open a window a few minutes.
