Description :
Lavandin grosso is a hybrid, a marriage of true lavender and spike lavender. This essential oil relieves the body and mind.
To get through the winter this purple flower associated with the coronal and heart chakra, soothes sorrows and promotes peace.
It fights nervous fatigue, muscle cramps, promotes sleep and a regenerative sleep. It is one of the ingredients of Chiiyaam and Patakwin – the Sacred Sound.
Some possible uses :
You can dissolve a few drops in a neutral massage oil or vegetable oil and massage the desired area.
For topical application, dilute 5% in vegetable oil (12 drops in total in 10 ml/125g of vegetable oil).
Diffusion: 1 drop on a passive diffuser or 5 drops in a diffuser (15 minutes a day).
Inhalation, cosmetics, baths with care.
Precaution of Use:
For Lavandin: Presence of camphor.
Additional information:
Pour 2 to 3 drops of the EO in question in the crease of the elbow, wait 10 to 15 minutes to see if an allergic skin reaction, redness, itching comes to indicate that this oil is not to be used for this person.
